What we cover in four weeks

Each week follows one step of the S.E.A.T. Framework, the same system I built from 27 years of experience on both sides of the IEP table.

Week 1: Sit

Know your rights, your child's needs, and your priorities before you ever walk into the room. We build your prep sheet together.

Week 2: Engage

Speak up at the table with words that actually work. You'll know how to make requests, respond to pushback, and keep things moving.

Week 3: Assess

Make sense of what's actually in the documents. Read progress reports, understand evaluations, and know what questions to ask.

Week 4: Track

Keep the plan on track after everyone goes home. Know what to watch for, what to document, and when to follow up.
