for parents of children with special needs

This workshop centers around the question: How do you create balance and harmony in your life, while trying to meet the demands of parenting a child with special needs?

In the Overwhelmed No More! workshop, I’ll share a life coach’s approach to living a manageable, balanced life as a parent of a child with special needs. You'll discover step-by-step strategies to simplify your life and make room for what matters to you most. We’ll talk about ways to keep sight of yourself, even amidst all that you do. And you’ll take away your own customized action plan you can start using right away, to create a life of balance, harmony, and joy.

2 hour workshop: $147
