What CAN you do if your child's services have been cut?

Across the nation, people with disabilities and their families have lost essential services due to government budget cuts.  The Arc of Massachusetts has put together an excellent guide with specific actions you can take if this happens to you.

While some of this info is for Massachusetts, much of it is universally applicable.  You can view and print the guide here:

If you follow the steps outlined in the guide, post a comment and let us know how it goes -- whether or not you meet with success.  Also, post a comment if you know of other helpful resources for families whose disability services have been cut.  The more we can share what works with each other, the more effectively we can advocate for our children and families.
